Advisory Notes And Guidelines

To

Titus And Religious Leaders

By

St Paul De Evangelist

Greeting

Paul, a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect and the acknowledgment of the truth which accords with godliness, in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began, but has in due time manifested His word through preaching, which was committed to me according to the commandment of God our Savior;

To Titus, a true son in our common faith:

Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Savior.

Qualified Elders

For this reason I left you in Crete, that you should set in order the things that are lacking, and appoint elders in every city as I commanded you —  if a man is blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of dissipation or insubordination. For a leader must be blameless, as a steward of God, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money, but hospitable, a lover of what is good, sober-minded, just, holy, self-controlled, holding fast the faithful word as he has been taught, that he may be able, by sound doctrine, both to exhort and convict those who contradict.

The Elders' Task

For there are many insubordinate, both idle talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision, whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole households, teaching things which they ought not, for the sake of dishonest gain. One of them, a prophet of their own, said, "Cretans are always liars, evil beasts, lazy gluttons." This testimony is true. Therefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith, not giving heed to Jewish fables and commandments of men who turn from the truth. To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled. They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.

Qualities Of A Sound Church

But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine: that the older men be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith, in love, in patience; the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behaviour, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things —  that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed.

Likewise, exhort the young men to be sober-minded, in all things showing yourself to be a pattern of good works; in doctrine showing integrity, reverence, incorruptibility, sound speech that cannot be condemned, that one who is an opponent may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say of you.

Exhort bondservants to be obedient to their own masters, to be well pleasing in all things, not answering back, not pilfering, but showing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things.

Above all, abide by the following paths of righteousness:

1.     The original Ten Commandments, as corrected by God Almighty.

2.     The Seven Annual Festivals of God: the Feast of Passover, Feast of Unleavened Bread, Wave Sheaf, Feast of Pentecost, Feast of Trumpet, Day of Atonement and Feast Of Tabernacles.

3.     Weekly prayers and worship, as explained and demonstrated by the Hosts of Angels and Saints of heaven, at DivineBase Ministry.

4.     Seek and know the Truth. Hence, you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. You know the truth by studying Spiritual Science and Yahweh's Book Of Life.

5.     Righteousness, which is saintliness, by first seeking for the kingdom of God and His righteousness. Not by seeking money, wealth and prosperity as the churches, ministries and fellowships are now doing.

6.     Holiness, by observing the rites of holiness. Without holiness, nobody can please God.

7.     Quiet time and meditation. Silence is the abode of God, and quietness the gateway into His presence.

8.     Selfless services, which majority are neglecting to their own deceit and detriment.

9.     Missionary works in the house of God, in the forms of sweeping, fetching water, carrying and setting the chairs, decorations, serving foods and drinks, etc.

10.            Spiritual Science as delivered by the Holy Spirit and the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven. Any minister of God not trained in Spiritual Science is like a thief stealing from the vineyard of God. And all the souls stolen by them end up inside the hell fire.

11.            The use of holy substances and God’s weapons of warfare - water of life; Blood of Jesus represented by the blood of doves and ram, by wine or water blessed as Blood of Jesus; Consuming Fire, anointing oil, covenant salt, St Michael candle, gravel incense, etc, in bathing, and by spraying in your houses, residences, farms, workplaces, schools, offices, companies, roads, etc.

12.            And the study of the complete and original holy book of God, called Yahweh's Book Of Life. The bible was written by your fellow human beings, after reading few of the holy books in Yahweh's Book Of Life, which contains over four thousand (4,000) books and topics.

13.            The one Universal Church (now called DivineBase Ministry). Be sure to join this last ship of salvation and remain steadfast in it, because there is no other alternative.

Trained By Saving Grace

For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying godliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and Godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.

Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you.

Graces Of The Heirs Of Grace

Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work, to speak evil of no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing all humility to all men. For we ourselves were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating one another. But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men.

Avoid Dissension

But avoid foolish disputes, genealogies, contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and useless. Reject a divisive man after the first and second admonition, knowing that such a person is warped and sinning, being self-condemned.

Final Messages

When I send Artemas to you, or Tychicus, be diligent to come to me at Nicopolis, for I have decided to spend the winter there. Send Zenas the lawyer and Apollos on their journey with haste, that they may lack nothing. And let our people also learn to maintain good works, to meet urgent needs, that they may not be unfruitful.

Farewell

All who are with me greet you. Greet those who love us in the faith.

Grace be with you all. Amen.

Necessary Explanations

Purpose

St Paul: Son of man, Titus was a leader of ministers of God. He had anointing to gather and preside over a congregation, as a head of ministers of God. He did not know how to do his work as a leader. He did not know where to start, and he needed assistance and advice. That was why myself, St Paul De Evangelist, wrote to help him.

Son of man, gathering the children of God is not an easy work. It is not what a person will wake up and put his hand in, and something a person can just start or involve himself in and take decisions, without due knowledge and training.

Son of man, the people under him did not know that there were many characters, behaviours, which they should remove from themselves. The bad behaviours included: jealousy, envy, greed, quarrelsomeness, self-righteousness and self-willed, which is doing one’s will without doing the will of God. Son of man, other bad behaviours included defilements; pride and pomposity; not receiving advice and corrections (eze onye agwana m); worry and anxiety; and lust.

Paul, A Servant Of God

During their lifetimes here on earth, the Apostles, Disciples and Saints were pleased and proud to be called the servants of God. But when they reached heaven, they realized that they are the sons of the God.

Insubordination

For there are many insubordinate (disobedient), both idle talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision, whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole households, teaching things which they ought not, for the sake of dishonest gain.

Many people who are in the covenant are no longer teaching and doing what God said; for example, the Sabbatharians are not:

1.     Wearing plain clothes as the angels have directed on many occasions. They are always wearing mixed colours and variegated designs, which are the handiworks of Satan.

2.     They still wear black or dresses that have black colours and designs.

3.     Their women are still wearing weaveons and attachments, against the will of God Almighty.

4.     They do not observe quiet time and meditation, as the Hosts of Angels and Saints of Heaven have taught them.

5.     They do observe the rites of holiness.

6.     And they are very proud and pompous, always doubting or examining the blameless angels and saints of heaven sent in their midst to guide and correct them.

7.     They are quick to reject correction and not willing to learn many more things that are very important in and in heaven.

8.     They are not making any efforts to evangelize the world. Instead, wherever they dwell, they join those people there to live worldly lifestyles, to the neglect of the teachings and word of God.

That is why and how, “They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.”

Beware Of Added Names And Titles

Concerning Bishop And Deacon

St Paul: The names or titles, bishop and deacon, were added by the Roman Catholic Church and bible authors to the bible.

The Head: Such words were not in use by the ancient men of God and were not in use by Jesus Christ and His Apostles, Disciples and Saints.

Leader

St Paul: A leader is the head of ministers of God. It is good.

A person can change it and answer general overseer. All the names are the various titles people choose to answer, for the public to know their posts various.

St Paul: Is it necessary?

The Head: Many of the names are not necessary. Such as pope, papacy, -- - this is because once a person changes name or title, he has called in another spirit.

Another thing, a problem, is that once people are made the heads, they start by themselves, to dictate how to hold prayers and worship. By so doing, they go out of line – they deviate from what God said. And people still follow and obey them.

By Merit In Heaven

St Paul: It is here on earth hat a person is called big name and it swells his head, makes him to have pride and pomposity. But it is not like that in heaven.

In heaven, all things are by merit. The name you answer, your title, or big name, is by merit, by the efforts you make. And as you are being called the name or title, even so the Holy Spirit in you is becoming radiant – more and more powerful, manifest and effective. And you shall becoming more and more mature – seasoned, experienced and skilled – in what you are doing.

But in his world, as a person is being called a name or title, the Holy Spirit in him will be getting less and less, dimer and dimer, dimming out. This is because the name is not a name that the person should answer. Or, because the person is not observing the rites of holiness. Pride and pomposity enters in, and son of man, on many occasions, humanity do not keep the rites of holiness. They do not know that keeping the rites of holiness is very strong – holiness is power. Holiness is the power of the children of God. It is from the covenant.

Everybody in the covenant shall be keeping the rites of holiness. Any person, who does not keep the rites of holiness, and stays in the covenant, he is not keeping the covenant of God. This is because all the children of God are Saints, holy people. The spirit which God sends to them is also Holy Spirit.

Then, how should they not keep themselves holy?

Purity

To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled.

Not Slanderers

Do not go about telling false news about somebody. Do not gossip about others.

Do not go about making bad comments against the church or ministers of God.

And do keep yourself busy saying things that are not true about the true church of God.

Many people tell lies in order to gain favours from others.

Chaste

The word chaste means pure, innocent, uncorrupted, unblemished, spotless and faithful. It means that a person should remain steadfast in the Covenant System Of Worship, in the one true church of God. Also, it means that every person must keep himself pure, free from sexual immorality.

Many Christians are breaking this law of chastity, because they make themselves proselytes, converts, who are going from one church, ministry or fellowship to another. Such people are called hypocrites in heaven.

Not Answering Back

Some people are fond of arguing, debating or asking unnecessary questions, when all that is demanded from them is simple obedience. Some others keep themselves busy exchanging words with others – often quarreling and using abusive words.

Godliness And UnGodliness

Godliness refers to God. Godly means living according to the ways of God, things that are acceptable to God.

The word, godly, means the pagan ways of life and the things that are acceptable to the gods. Therefore, the word, ungodly, means such evils and abominations that are not allowed by the idols and shrines, which are among the worst forms of sins.

Remind Them To Be Subject To Rulers And Authorities,

The rulers and authorities refer to those governments and leaderships, who are doing the will of God, who abide by the paths of righteousness.

The statement does not mean that Christians have to obey all governments and leaderships they encounter or such leaders that ask the Christians not to do the covenant will of God. it is the duty of the children of God, the Christians, to do, teach, spread and enforce Gospel of Truth and Salvation. Do not allow evil people to destroy the good works of God. Do not allow them to change the laws, times and festivals of God, because God is unchangeable.

Accountability

St Paul: The religious leaders shall answer questions concerning all that is written in this scripture.

The Same Laws And Messages

St Paul: As the Holy Spirit is delivering message to a religious leader, as a message is received concerning a religious leader, even so is the message general – concerns all his ministers. If the Holy Spirit is saying, tell the religious leader, that he has to wear white and white – white garment and white inner wears – during prayers and worship; truly, truly and truly, it is not a law that the Holy Spirit will tell all the ministers working with him to wear white. As the Holy Spirit has told the head, even so He has told all the ministers of God working with the head. This is because the head will answer questions concerning all his ministers – will give accounts of all his ministers.

If a person is a bad leader, who does not want to know, his ministers shall be looking at him, shall be emulating him, and shall be doing the same things as their bad leader. But if the leader observes the rites of holiness and keeps the laws of God, automatically, the same spirit goes into all the ministers.

The head has to do his best as a head, and the ministers shall be doing various works, which they supposed to be doing, according to their respective calls. That is why myself used Hophni and Phinehas as examples. Eli kept quiet, feeling that it did not concern him, that eventually everybody will answer his own questions. What he said was true, but he answered questions on behalf of his sons.

The religious leaders have to teach the ministers of God, and the ministers of God have to doing the teachings. They have to keep the laws and teach the same to the members, the children of God, who shall join them in worshipping God.

For The Grace Of God That Brings Salvation Has Appeared To All Men,

The grace of God is the FirstSon of God, Jesus Christ; the word of God, which comes to us in the forms of teachings, corrections, messages and warnings from God; the Holy Spirit and powers of the Holy Spirit; tools and opportunities, which no man can get by his own power.

But Avoid Foolish … Strivings About The Law

This warning is against the debates and arguments that the laws are no longer necessary. The laws of God are universal, everlasting, perfect, active, intelligent and impartial. All those who deny or break the laws of God do so to their own deceit and detriments. The denial of the laws of God by humanity, have not saved humanity from the increasing natural disasters, man-made calamities and strange incidents, which are ravaging the world. Even all the sciences, technology and developments of humanity have not saved them either.

Meaning Of Lust

St Paul: What is lust?

It is lack of self-control. Many people who call themselves ministers of God do not have self-control. They have pride and pomposity, in addition to jealousy and envy.

Let the ministers of God examine the lives of the sons of Eli: Hophni and Phinehas.

Then a man of God came to Eli and said to him, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Did I not clearly reveal Myself to the house of your father when they were in Egypt in Pharaoh's house? Did I not choose him out of all the tribes of Israel to be My priest, to offer upon My altar, to burn incense, and to wear an ephod before Me? And did I not give to the house of your father all the offerings of the children of Israel made by fire? Why do you kick at My sacrifice and My offering which I have commanded in My dwelling place, and honor your sons more than Me, to make yourselves fat with the best of all the offerings of Israel My people?' Therefore the Lord God of Israel says: ‘I said indeed that your house and the house of your father would walk before Me forever.' But now the Lord says: ‘Far be it from Me; for those who honor Me I will honor, and those who despise Me shall be lightly esteemed. Behold, the days are coming that I will cut off your arm and the arm of your father's house, so that there will not be an old man in your house. And you will see an enemy in My dwelling place, despite all the good which God does for Israel. And there shall not be an old man in your house forever. But any of your men whom I do not cut off from My altar shall consume your eyes and grieve your heart. And all the descendants of your house shall die in the flower of their age. Now this shall be a sign to you that will come upon your two sons, on Hophni  and Phinehas: in one day they shall die, both of them. Then I will raise up for Myself a faithful priest who shall do according to what is in My heart and in My mind. I will build him a sure house, and he shall walk before My anointed forever. And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left in your house will come and bow down to him for a piece of silver and a morsel of bread, and say, "Please, put me in one of the priestly positions, that I may eat a piece of bread.” ”

St Paul: Myself was telling Titus how to organize (hazie) things, because a leader has to first organize himself, ensure self-control. It is after organizing himself, that he will be able to organize others.

Son of man, I was very glad, when I discovered that this person, Titus, needed help and power of the Holy Spirit. He was a person seeking for the truth. Such a person should be assisted to succeed and grow in spirit. That was the reason why I helped him, by giving him guidelines, advice and explanations.

Also, it is necessary to ensure that such a person started somewhere to do his work. I mean his start point, his foundation.

Learning From Experiences

St Paul: In many places, where myself was explaining things, I used past incident as examples. This is because people learn from previous events. I did so, because once beaten, twice shy – a previous mistake should not be repeated.

Son of man, people have to learn knowledge from the experiences they see. It is not a must that something must happen to you, before you learn. When something is happening to another person, you can learn from it.  That was why I used the case of Eli, and his two sons – Hophni and Phinehas – in this scripture. But, the bible authors removed the two names and other important records.
